Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 7, 2026

These terms and conditions govern use of the Trimwebsolutions website (trimwebsolutions.com) and the purchase of any products or services from it. Please read them carefully before using the Site or signing up for a service — by accessing, using, or browsing this website, you agree to be bound by them.

Trimwebsolutions reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Intellectual property

Everything on the Site — its content, copyright material, trademarks, and registered trademarks — is the property of Trimwebsolutions, and may only be used to browse the Site or to acquire our products and services. You use the Site solely in accordance with these terms and any posted policies, and entirely at your own risk.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site and our services available, but we don't guarantee they will be available at all times — delays, interruptions, or errors can happen, and we're not responsible for them. Information on the Site is provided in good faith and, to the best of our knowledge, is accurate and current, but we don't warrant its completeness.

Pricing and packages

Prices and packages published on our Site (see Packages and the Cost Calculator) may change at any time without prior notice. A price increase applies to new orders only — an order already placed is honoured at the price quoted at the time. Packages with fixed pricing cover typical requirements; a custom requirement outside a package is quoted separately after we understand your scope of work.

Payment terms

We require advance payment before starting work. Specifically:

  • Website design & development: 40% advance to begin, remaining 60% due after the website is complete but before it goes live on the main domain and login credentials are handed over. A site is not made live before full payment. Certain final steps — live-domain form testing, payment gateway integration, on-page SEO checks, sitemap and robots.txt setup — happen only once the site is live on full payment.
  • Monthly services (SEO, SMO, ORM, digital marketing, paid ads, etc.): billed and paid in advance each month. Work pauses if payment is more than 5 days overdue, which delays results.
  • Strategy, content writing, and pre-built digital products: full advance payment required.
  • Custom projects above ₹3,00,000 may have milestone-based payment terms agreed separately.

All payments must be made only to "Trimwebsolutions" via the payment details shared from our official email, [email protected]. We have never authorized any individual or third party to collect payment on our behalf under any other name — we are not liable for any loss from paying an account or number not confirmed by us directly.

It's your responsibility to keep your contact and billing details current with us — we're not responsible for missed notices sent to an address you haven't updated with us.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services or products to:

  • Store, broadcast, or circulate anything that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
  • Threaten or promote physical harm, or host pornographic material.
  • Infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret of a third party.
  • Collect private information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.

We may cooperate with legal authorities or an affected party investigating any suspected unlawful activity.

Backups and data

Use of our services is at your own risk. You're responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and files. We take periodic backups of changed or new data for server-restoration purposes, but this isn't a substitute for your own backup.

What you own after a project

Ownership at the end of a completed, fully paid project works as follows:

  • Web hosting — included with some packages, but not owned by the client; it's a service we provide, not property that transfers.
  • Website admin panel (CMS) — usable by the client to manage their content, though the underlying software remains Trimwebsolutions' intellectual property.
  • Database software and source code (e.g. MySQL, the underlying application code) — remain Trimwebsolutions' property; the client owns the data and content stored within it.
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript, visual design, and text content — transfer to the client on completion and final payment, with "Designed by Trimwebsolutions" retained in the site footer as our portfolio credit, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Photography — owned by the client only if they (or their staff) took the photos.
  • Domain name — never owned outright by anyone; a registrar contract grants an exclusive right to use it, similar to a phone number contract.

We don't share our underlying CMS technology, database internals, or the code behind our location-based service pages — that's the result of our own ongoing development work, independent of any single client project. If you discontinue services with us, you can take over the domain (if it was registered by us) once any outstanding payment is settled — we won't hand over domain credentials without a written request confirming you take full responsibility for the site going forward.
